Designed for a subdivided 15m wide lot, the two homes present a new approach to small-lot townhouse design. With reference to the neighboring historic cottages, the pair adopt a similar roof pitch, traditional material palette, large ‘porch inspired’ windows fronting the street, and a neighborhood scale that is rarely seen in new developments in the area.

Second story courtyards allow plentiful natural light on the interior to create bright and airy living spaces.
